Three ways of working together — one-to-one, in group, and alongside the professionals who care for others.

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a weekly, one-to-one space for adults working through eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and the pressures that surround food, body, and identity. Sessions are relational and collaborative, with room for both the practical work of recovery and the harder questions underneath it.

  • Weight-inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care
  • Coordination with your dietitian, physician, or treatment team when helpful
  • Telehealth sessions available
Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers something individual work cannot: the experience of being understood by people who have lived something similar. Groups are small, carefully held, and structured so that connection and honesty can build over time.

  • Small, screened groups with a consistent membership
  • A place to practice being seen without explaining yourself first
  • Can run alongside individual therapy or stand on its own
Consultation, Training, and Speaking

Consultation, Training, and Speaking

Dr. Wang-Hall consults with clinicians, treatment teams, and programs seeking depth in eating disorder and trauma care, and speaks and trains on recovery, clinician well-being, and perinatal mental health.

  • Individual and group case consultation for clinicians
  • Trainings for treatment teams, programs, and graduate trainees
  • Speaking engagements, panels, and workshops
